Samsung Epic 4G Top Notch According to Critics

Mobile

Here we go again, it seems like every week a new and improved smartphone hits the already saturated cell phone market. Sprint announced that the new Samsung Epic 4G is expected to launch August 31st. Surprisingly, the Epic 4g is getting rave reviews from critics around the world. The Samsung Epic is priced to sell affording consumers only $249.99 with a 2 year contract and a $100.00 mail in rebate.

We have all seen the iPhone and Droid X order confusion, so you better reserve your phone quickly. You may place your name on the golden list come August 13. Retailers such as Wal-Mart and Best Buy are expected to stock their shelves with the new smartphone, but it’s still undisclosed if they will be accepting pre-orders. This phone is really impressive, some of the features include a: 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 5 megapixel primary camera with LED flash and 720p video recording paired with a VGA front-facing cam for video calls, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, six-axis accelerometer, and a 1GHz Hummingbird core. You’re probably asking what half of all this is? Let me describe it in Laymen’s terms, it’s “AWESOME”.

A Camera, a video camera, a computer, a phone and game machine all bundled into one sweet piece of heaven. Power it has and the price well that’s right too! I have personally utilized the majority of all cell phone providers and can say the only downside to the Sprint network is the customer service and their network size. Maybe it was me, but I had a long two years with the company when they acquired Nextel. I feel if they got their act together then, they might be able to compete with the super carriers such as Verizon and AT&T.

From what we have seen via the web the new smartphone compared to the Captivate was extremely quick and efficient when opening applications. The Epic is sized right and sleek looking. I’m looking forward to getting the phone in my hand, so I can write a thorough review; once it hits the shelf I will do just that.
