Patriots NFL Quarterback, Tom Brady engaged in a collision this morning with a minivan at Commonwealth and Gloucester in Boston. Local Fox news reported the accident and within minutes the NFL was notified that Brady was completely fine and walked away with no injuries. However, a passenger in the opposing vehicle was extracted from the vehicle and rushed to the hospital. Tom announced that he was a little shaken up, but was more worried about the individual in the other vehicle who was being treated for serious injuries.Â
The New England police department advised that the driver of the injured passenger was fine. Nevertheless, there is an ongoing investigation being done at it appears from the evidence that Tom Brady is not at fault. He had a green light when he proceeded in his Audi and hit the oncoming driver around 6:34 a.m. The other vehicle then spun out of control and hit the traffic light, leaving the passenger lodged against the door in the van. Unconscious the man was then removed with the Jaws of Life and transported by ambulance to Brigham and Women’s local area hospital.Â
Witnesses described the accident, stating there was a loud boom, like thunder and that the van ran through the red stop light and collided with Brady’s vehicle. There have been reports that the boy driving borrowed his father’s vehicle and drove him and his friend to school.
Tom has since, been seen at the Gillette Stadium preparing for his first official game against the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday.
