Bachelor Brad Finds Love a Second Time Around

So, I have been watching the Bachelor faithfully this season, not missing a single episode and would have to chime in on what has been aired. Aside from the drama, Brad has really turned up the heat by selecting a few favorites pretty much right off the bat. With only a few episodes broadcasted so far, I can narrow it down to three and I bet he had too. I can almost tell you who I know will be on the finally based on what has gone down and what Brad has said so far in his personal blogs.

Being that I have been a fan of the show for years, I won’t spoil it for all those who have slipped into the must see Monday night series. However, this is my recap. Let me first start off by saying that most of these women have serious psychological issues and should go see someone. The episode starts off with of course Chris Harrison giving out the first date card and unstable Michelle waking up with a black eye.

When the date card is revealed Chantel O leaves to get ready for her one on one date with Brad and then Michelle starts to go off on a hissy. Crazy Michelle than starts to say that she must have beat herself up in her sleep and that she better get a one on one with Womack this week or someone is going to get a black eye, referring to Brad. When the Bachelor arrives to pick Chantel up, Michelle points out to him her black eye hoping for some kind of sympathy.

As all the girls are striving for some kind of attention from Brad, a loud noise interrupts and all the girls run out to find that a helicopter is going to be the one on one date’s transportation and all the girls are jealous. In the helicopter ride, Chantel is excited and the two are taken to Catalina. Womack and Chantel explore the underwater and Chantel is able to overcome her fear of the water and the two become closer in the evening where they discuss some of her past and she is presented with a rose.

During the evening all the girls back home are provided with the second date card and guess what it’s a group date. 9 women are invited on the group date and the next morning they are all taken to the Dr. Drew radio studio. Things get heated and the girls ask Brad some pretty intense questions as well as emotions begin to fly and some walls start to come down. The women are then taken to Womack’s pad and that’s when things really start to get interesting. Ashley H. has a little too much to drink and shoots herself in the foot. The way she acted makes Brad turned off and he offers the rose to someone else. I guess there is too much pressure and not enough love on the line for Ashley.

Meanwhile back at the house, Michelle is given the last date card for one on one time with Womack. In the morning as soon as Brad arrives, he just has to get something off his chest and asks to speak with Ashley H. alone. They then talk and hash things out bringing Ashley back up to the top 3 contestants competing for Brad’s heart. Womack then goes back into the house and whisks Michelle away. Brad takes Michelle to his house where then a helicopter picks them up and drops them off on top of a building in downtown L.A.

With a fear of heights haunting Michelle, Brad and her take a leap of faith and repel off the side of building. Holding hands and expressing their feelings for one another, the two make a connection and Brad begins to develop stronger feelings for her. After a swim in the pool and a romantic evening, crazy Michelle starts to covey that she is the only one for Brad and I guess he thinks that is a good thing and gives her a rose to stay another week.

As the cocktail party begins in preparation for the rose ceremony, the women start to become unglued and start to fight for their time with Brad. Women that are safe and have already received a rose need more alone time with Womack. Emotions are running wild and tears are falling, but it is not until Brad does something no other bachelor or bachelorette has done this early in the season that gets the ladies to start questioning their reason for staying another week and turns heads on the show. Brad has a special planned picnic prepared for Emily.

He takes Emily aside and sets up this romantic picnic area for the two to talk and to assure her that she was staying and that he was developing strong feelings for her. It was very awkward for the other ladies, but extremely sweet of Brad to want to treat Emily so special. I think she truly deserves the special attention after what she went through.

The rose ceremony begins and one by one, Brad asks the women to stay. By the end of the ceremony he sent 3 girls packing their bags. I can’t wait for next week, it looks like there is going to be even more drama then the last. Here’s to finding love on the Bachelor with Lambslife.com
