New advances in technology have really taken off in the last decade, fictional movies such as the “Terminator” don’t seem so far fetch. Geniuses over at Boston Dynamics have created a life like robot that can, run, squat, do pushup and probably your Algebra homework! It took a total of 13 months to design the bot and another 17 months to assemble it.

For being a prototype I would consider the build a success, it’s kind of eerie to think what humankind has achieved and what is right around the corner, looking at the robot you get that ominous feeling, could the build of machines lead to the ultimate demise of mankind? Or will it help us to flourish like never before? Either way, it looks like it’s the way to the future and who knows, we might be purchasing our very own robots before long!
